Check in:

We are a small operation with limited staff (us) and have several items to go over upon your arrival experience. Parking, property access, internet, television, scheduling a breakfast time and creating your bathroom assignment are intensive, take time and require focus. Therefore, check in time is by appointment only and we recommended for you to schedule in advance. We will reach out to you via email and/or phone 7 days to 48 hours before your arrival. Our check in hours are based on availability, and are generally between 2pm and 8pm. We do not allow any check-ins past 9pm and your reservation will be charged for that night should you miss the appointed check in time. If we do have your room available before 2pm we would be happy to set up an early check in experience with you.

Check out:

Check out is at 11am. Should we not have any incoming arrivals the day of your departure, we would be willing to arrange a later check out time based on availability. Although we would love to see you off, you are not required to say ‘good bye’. Please just leave your key in the room door and refrain from doing doughnuts in our parking lot.

Reservations and Cancellations:

All reservations require a credit card to guarantee.

One night stay or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) is taken upon time of booking. Your deposit is refundable with a $25 restocking fee up to 60 days midnight before your arrival date. 30 days midnight before your arrival date we charge the remainder of you reservation and consider it non- refundable. We do not offer credits for any cancellation or no shows.
